Day 1195: Arthur Chapman

Day 1196: Ruth Blaine

Astronomer and scientist specializing in space exploration, Ruth was in charge of the space study station. A research facility which uses all manner of scientific equipment in order to monitor space.


Using said equipment, Ruth was able to discover nothing less than a UFO flying past Jupiter towards the Earth! A small probe following behind it was soon blasted out of the sky.


Alerting the government immediately, Ruth was sent to the IADC who would work with her to coordinate where the UFO was landing so the government could prepare accordingly. However unbeknownst to them while Ruth was busily doing this, the UFO landed on Earth not ten miles from her study station.


So she would be heading back, unaware that she was putting herself in danger, for the Skrill have invaded the Earth and they would not stop until they have harvested the planet of its most precious resource, its BRAAAAAAAINS~


Tragically, Ruth Blaine would wind up the first of their victims. With none the wiser as to what was going on...Or what dangers the Earth was now truly in.

Day 1197: Andross 2, son of Andross

Son of the alien who arrived on Earth during the height of world war 2 to judge whether the planet was worth existing despite how awful humans were and decided it was because Wonder Womans just that awesome, Andross 2 was a youth of a mere two thousand years old.


The combat commander of planet Octaris, Andross 2 was charged with protecting the council of planets from outside forces lacking the intellect to be reasoned with. Animals little better than humans who would commit atrocities for the sake of greed and desire.


In pursuit of the Skrill. A plague which devastated a world, Andross 2 sent automated craft to try and aprehend them only for the Skrill to destroy it, thinking their persuer was within.


The Skrill were heading for Earth intending to make the planet suffer the same fate as the last! Andross 2 would report his discovery to the council in order to request permission to pursue, but the council ruled that knowing where the Skrill had ended up the only way to end them once and for all would be to send a decontamination team to render the entire planet brain dead in order to end the threat of the Skrill once and for all.


Andross 2 sharing his fathers passion for the planet protested and pleaded for one weeks time to try and apprehend the Skrill without being forced to resort to such measures and his request was accepted. Soon, he was heading to Earth to try and stop the Skrill menace which was already beginning to spread and fester.....

Day 1199: Skrill

An alien menace which is better described as a plague than a species. The Skrill were a collection of aliens lacking in an understanding of location or place. Their scientific knowledge almost non existent.


Where the Skrill specialized, was in their unique ability to phase into the bodies of others and take over their forms. When done, they would become that individual and to a limited degree have access to their knowledge.


When the Planetary council sent someone to investigate their world so long ago, the Skrill found him and took over his body. They then proceeded to use his technology to escape into the stars and spread, using their powers to conquer worlds.


Discovering that space faring races valued sentient minds and knowledge as currency, the Skrill would learn how to make use of a technology which would remove the minds of others, containing them into crystals which could either be used to access information directly, or to put that mind into another body or even a machine, using the stolen mind for slave labor. Or pleasure.


Traveling the universe with their powers of posession, the technology to steal peoples minds, and paralysis ray gloves, the Skrill became a menace to civilization itself and were valued by criminals throughout the universe for being the leaders in black market mind sales.


Eventually however the council of planets would develop a means of detecting Skrill and they would begin being culled from planets for their thefts of minds and bodies. With a 'decontamination' procedure put in place which would erase the minds of all on a planet which the Skrill was infesting. Entirely to keep the Skrill from getting away with their stolen goods and destroying them in the process.


The Skrill were given a chance to surrender and be exiled to their planet which would be sealed off from the rest of the galaxy but they refused, resulting in a chase as the Skrill would be hunted, their attempts at wiping out whole worlds stopped time and again.


Making their way to Earth, the Skrill counted on the planet being so backwater that none would realize where they were. Unaware that the council was willing to erase the minds on everyone on Earth if it meant putting an end to their menace.

Day 2000: Captain Parelli

Police captain and reasonable skeptic, Parelli was put in charge of cordoning off a ten mile stretch of wilderness after two doctors of space study were found brain dead after aliens were discovered approaching the planet.


Satellites tracking the craft landing in the area not long before the two scientists were found, the aliens were presumed responsible and thus it became an active effort to prevent their escape until their true purpose could be discovered!


The Skrill not knowing the capabilities of the Earthlings were cautious and wanted to escape without possibly alerting the humans for fear they may have a means of discerning their presence. So finding a pair of teenagers who were out in the woods together because reasons, A pair of Skrill took over their bodies.


Determining that the two teenagers would make suitable recording devices for which they could use to study this worlds population and discover where best to strike, they attempted to hitch hike out of the area, happening upon a trucker who dubbed himself 'Laughing man'


When the trucker attempted to notify police that he found two teenagers in the woods as the police told him to be on the look out for anyone going in or out on his way through, the Skrill stole his mind and left his body on the side of the road.


Radioing that they were heading east, the Skrill proceeded to use their technology to make the truck barrel straight down the road, eventually causing it to smash through the barricade and keep going off of a cliff. In the confusion, the Skrill escaped the area just as Andross 2 was arriving to try and aprehend the menace.

Day 2001: Debbie

One of the two teenagers who went into the woods and wound up becoming a host for the Skrill, Debbie had been an innocent school student until one day out in the wilderness with some boy she would become an agent for the worlds doom!


With little access to Debbies memories while posessing her, the Skrill would travel the nearby city trying to soak up information, her parents frantic and Debbie being listed as a missing person. Discovering that Andross 2 arrived on the planet, Debbie and a number of Skrill went to try and assassinate him!


However their attempt was discovered and Debbies attempt to snipe Andross 2 was stopped by Wonder Woman who reflected the laser meant for Andross 2 with her bracelets!


The Skrill attempted to escape, but Debbie mannaged to get caught by Wonder Woman. Andross 2 would attempt to exorcise the Skrill from Debbies body, but using a variation on the mind transfer device, they had made the posession impossible for Andross 2's technology to do so unless the device used could be found!


Debbie would pretend to be a normal teenage girl and began screaming that they were hurting her and holding her against her will, crying out for her parents to come and rescue her in an effort to cause a scene.


Wonder Woman responded by lassoing her and forcing Debbie to reveal the truth. Afterwards they attempted to discover where the Skrill were hiding, only for Debbie to have no idea since the geography of this planet was difficult for the skrill mind to properly comprehend. Only recalling that it was in some sort of wildnerness.

Day 2002: Karen and Kim

Twin teenage sisters, Karen and Kim were friends of Debbie who were heading to the library together when they spotted their friend who had been reported missing, walking down a dark alleyway.


Waving for her and rushing to get her attention, the pair rushed after her, only to be caught by the Skrill and possessed. Now hosts for the skrill, Karen and Kim were wandering the city in search of individuals who either had high intelligence for their brains to be collected for a good sale, or potential hosts who are in a position to collect more hosts.


Much to the surprise of the Skrill posessing Karen and Kim for reasons which are never discovered, their efforts to draw in targets was highly successful, with creepy old men with plenty of political clout and power leaping at the chance to follow the twin teenage girls into secluded areas where their fellow skrill could take over their bodies and use their hosts to dicern the identities and locations of the worlds most intelligent individuals for the Skrill to target.


Thanks to this, they were quickly able to gather information not only on what Andross 2 was doing, but also gather detailed information on the Earthlings defenses including the sensational Wonder Woman who they knew they would have to defeat if they had any hopes of taking the minds of Earth.

Day 2003: General Miller

High ranking official in the American military, General Miller was one of the officials called upon to meet with Andros 2 to help come up with a plan for dealing with the looming Skrill crisis.


A situation made all the more dire not simply because the Skrill were a race of body possessing sociopaths who steal minds to sell into slavery for profit, but because the planetary council had given Andross 2 a week to apprehend all of the Skrill before in an effort to get rid of the Skrill once and for all as their viewed by the galaxy at large as less a species and more of a infestation, the planetary council intended to 'sanitize' the Earth by erasing the minds of any lesser evolved being which had brain patterns similar to those associated with the skrill. Which would also wipe out an estimated seven million Earthlings as well.


However General Miller unbeknownst to anyone had already been posessed by the skrill, having fallen into the trap set by Karen and Kim. So when Andross 2 was to meet with a collection of high ranking military officials, General Miller first voiced skepticism at the very notion that the Skrill were real, and accused Andross 2 of being an evil alien plotting to destroy them all!


When the rest of the gathered officials were swayed by Wonder Womans assurances, he changed tactics and demanded that Andross 2 provide them with his technology, particularly anything that would protect Earthlings from the planetary councils plan to wipe the minds of innocent people. However Andross 2 explained that there was no such defense beyond not having a brain pattern like that at all, to which the skrill posessing General Miller realizing how dire his situation was, abruptly attempted to leave the room.


On his way out however, Andross 2 added that the planetary council had quarantined the Earth and intended to destroy any Skrill leaving the planet, and revealed that he also had a device which allowed him to detect any Skrill within a five hundred foot radius and penetrate their disguises.


With that, General Miller was paralyzed and aprehended, with the Skrill posessing him trapped.

Day 2004: Carla Burgess

A member of the top secret government think tank known as Turtex, Carla was a world renowned sculptor who on the surface would never be considered one of the worlds most brilliant of minds.


But in reality having achieved unsurpassed academic excellence, Carla chose the path of art instead, following her dream. Her incredible knowledge being known to the government, Carla was asked to become a member of Turtex to be called upon in the most dire of emergencies to solve the most sensitive of potential crisis.


In exchange, Carla was specifically forbidden from making her intelligence public knowledge and to keep it a secret her connection to Turtex. A situation which was perfectly fine with Carla who had no interest in doing any such thing in any case.


However the Skrill having infiltrated deep into the recesses of the United States government discovered the existence of Turtex and using it as a treasure map for who to add to their collection, Carla wound up being the first one to be caught due to the very anonymity and lack of security which should have ensured that she was the hardest member of Turtex to locate.


With her mind added to their collection, the Skrill then proceeded to collect their way through the list of Turtex members from the most intelligent down.

Day 1205: Professor Eidleman

Researcher who worked at the congressional library, Professor Eidleman despite being renkowned for his historical studies was in reality a specialist in reverse engineering unknown technologies.


The lowest ranking member on the Turtex list, Eidleman would be approached by the skrill posessing Karen and Kim who showed him one of the mind stealing devices and asked him to put it on his head. Intriqued, Eidleman accepted it just as Wonder Woman arrived and was about to put it on when Diana stopped him, with the Skrill escaping during her effort to stop Eidleman.


With Eidleman rescued, he was sent off to a heavily defended location since he was a target of the Skrill. Meanwhile realizing that the Skrill had taken several of the worlds most brilliant minds, Wonder Woman and Andross 2 were at their wits end with half a week already passed.


With time running out and the Skrill having not only thoroughly infiltrated the most carefully guarded defenses they had but were doing so undetected, Andross 2 declared he had no choice but to reveal his identity to the world and the crisis at hand in the hopes that by working together the sum of humanity would be able to aid in stopping the Skrill.
