Year of Wonder Woman

Day 1168: Joe Atkinson

Head of the Inter Agency Defense Command (IADC) which Steve and Diana worked for, Joe Atkinson had been involved in one form of military intelligence or another since 1933. A central figure in the OSS, Joe brags about having been friends with Franklin Roosevelt when he was in office.


Having been hand picked to head the IADC because of his long record, Joe was a friendly face who was close friends with Steve and Diana, boasting about his long and storied history, including having been alive to see Wonder Woman in person back in the day.


Having a daughter who lives in Los Angeles, Joe often dotes on her when he is not overseeing the agency or trying to make an effort to join his agents out on the field, only to be countered at every turn by his superiors who point out that as the head of the IADC, they need him actually giving orders and taking command of the situation.


Missing the bygone days when he was an active field operative, Joe desires to get in on the action, underestimating how valuable he was as a voice of experience who knew how to handle sensitive situations. As it was, he did far more good at headquarters watching from afar and giving orders than he ever could have on the front lines countering terrorists and spotting spies.

Day 1170: Yuun Osida

Japanese American, Osida had been a child of a mere twelve years old when his whole family had been snatched up by soldiers and placed in an internment camp for being Japanese during World War 2.


Everything his family owned being stolen by soldiers to pawn up for booze and cigarettes, Osida and his older brother were forced to watch as soldiers of their own country beat their parents to death.


Desperate to escape such gruesome treatment before they suffered the same fate, Yuun swore to take care of his younger brother Taan and arranged for their escape. Planning to flee the United States for Mexico to escape the soldiers and find a new life.


Along the way however, they happened to find themselves in an artlillery range as canons were firing down upon their location. Wonder Woman being in the area saw the two children and rushed to their aid, but Taan backed away, declaring she had come to take them back.


Wonder Woman tried to explain that they were currently being fired upon by canons and that they needed to come with her before they got hurt but Taan refusing to listen, fled in the opposite direction into the firing zone, with Yuun running after to try and stop his brother, only to be struck dead on with a shell.


Taan looked back to see Wonder Woman cradling a fallen Yuun and blaming her for his brothers death, the eight year old child would continue running, escaping to Mexico and after a few years, making enough money to charger a boat to Japan well after the war was over, blending in thanks to number of lost records as he took on a new identity in a new country. Vowing one day to end Wonder Womans life. Unaware of what had become of Yuun who he wrote off as dead.

Day 1171: Taan Osida

Japanese American who lost his family to the internment camps, Taan fled to Mexico and eventually moved to Japan where he blended in with an obscured past. Growing up and becoming a landscape artist,Taan would go on to be quite successful, but could not let go of the ghosts of his past. Or the fact that he blamed Wonder Woman for the death of his brother. A hatred which faded when Wonder Woman vanished, with Taan assuming she died during the war.


Developing telekenetic powers which Taan made no effort to hide, he would be contacted by Kenneth Wilson who invited him to the states for his research. Promising to fund his trip and pay him for his time, Doctor Wilson was eager to have someone with actual psychic abilities for his research to which Taan agreed, seeing it as an opportunity.


So traveling to the states on a work visa, Taan keeping his identity secret, proceeded to buy his childhood home back which was still standing after all these years, and made an effort to acquire and recollect his families heirlooms which had been stolen pawned off by soldiers for booze.


Continuing his work at the Washington Institute for Behavioral Research, Taan would eventually test out the psychic enhancement machine once it was completed, greatly enhancing his mental abilities.


It was around then that Taan heard that Wonder Woman had arrived once again. His old enemity coming to the forefront once more, Taan proceeded to kidnap Kenneth Wilson using the psychic enhancment device, and fled in search of Wonder Woman.


Steve Jr searching for the lost rocket scientist stumbled upon Taan, only to be captured as well. The two of them taken to the internment camp within which his parents lost their lives and locked in a cage to lure Wonder Woman.


When she arrived, Taan was brandishing a sword his great grandfather had brought with him when he immigrated to the country years ago and declared his grievances, blaming Wonder Woman for the death of his brother and his parents. Cursing the country he was born in for taking his family from him and declaring Wonder Woman at fault.


Taan tried forcing Wonder Woman to fight him but Diana refused, keeping her hands to her sides. So Taan tried using his mental powers to force Diana to walk across the land mines the soldiers had left surrounding the internment camp, just as his brother died from a mortar shell, but Wonder Woman refused to go along with it.


Exerting his full mental powers with the machine enhancing them in an effort to force Wonder Womans action, the machine overheated, and exploded. Wonder Woman declared that deep down Taan was a good person and that he urged him to give up his hatred and desire for vengence, and offered to let him strike her down if he truly believed that was for the best.


Faced with this prospect, Taan considered it, but wound up dropping his sword and crying for his lost family.


In the end, Wonder Woman convinced Doctor Wilson to drop all charges against Taan Osida, the whole matter being forgiven. And doing a little searching of her own, introduced Taan to his brother Yuun who Diana had taken to the hospital. He had been in a coma for years and awoke five years later, presumming his family to be lost as well. And with that, the two brothers were reunited once more.

Day 1172: Lieutenant Mansfield

Pilot in the naval air force, Mansfield was given the mission of doing a flyover of the Bermuda Triangle to confirm there were no inhabited islands in preperation for 'Operation Sea Harvest' a secret government plot to built an underwater nuke testing facility where they could mass produce nukes with which to destroy the world in the event of a thermonuclear war.


Unbeknownst to Mansfield or the American government, this would be a great danger for the Amazons of Paradise Island since their island happens to be sitting smack dab in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle. The testing facility planned to be less than fifty miles from Paradise Islands position.


However while Mansfield was scouting, he happend to spot an island populated by people. Not Paradise Island. Instead, it was the secret headquarters for I.C.O.P.E that nefarious organization which controlled the worlds economy.


Mansfield began to message his ship about his discovery, only for I.C.O.P.E to target his plane with a laser and fire, blasting it to smithereens. Mansfield managed to survive the explosion by ejecting, landing not far from the islands beach.


However he would be captured and proceeded to undergo torture and mental conditioning in an effort to break him. Not to find out what he knew for their own spies knew about Operation Sea Harvest. Rather it was to toy with him and break his spirit for the sake of doing so.

Day 1173: Raymond Manta

'As dangerous as a manta' Raymond Manta was a wealthy millionaire who was the leader of the International Corporate Oligarchy Power Elite of 'I.C.O.P.E' A worldwide organization which boasts control over the worlds economy which it has in its grasp and with which manipulates nations like puppets on a string for the sake of profit.


A talented gunman who always keeps three guns on hand at all times Raymond is known for being a charismatic businessman whose served loyally by his employees thanks to the hefty amounts of money he offers them.


Raymond and his I.C.O.P.E organization are accused of being villains bent on world domination which Raymond openly mocks, declaring that his organization revels in the economy of the world today.


Describing his business model as 'the four horsemen strategy' He freely sells weapons to both sides of any conflict, sitting back gleefully as they blow eachother up. Then when famine, pestilence and death start to amass, he will arrive and sell medicines, food, and supplies for those broken nations to recover, gleefully milking nations with control of weapon manufacturing, medicine, food, and construction material businesses.


Owning a secret private island in the Bermuda Triangle, Raymond would come into conflict with the American government when they declared plans to build a secret underwater nuke testing facility near his secret private island.


First destroying the scout plane and imprisoning Lieutenant Mansfield as punishment for trespassing, Raymond intended to fight the American government tooth and nail in their unknowing efforts to ruin his private paradise which was regularly patrolled by a platoon of the best mercenaries which money could buy.


Diana and Steve Jr discovering Mansfield had gone down went to investigate, with Diana likewise disliking the thought of the American government building a secret nuke testing facility in the Bermuda Triangle so close to Parasise Island.


Their own plane destroyed by Raymonds sonic laser canon, the pair of them would swim to the island, knock out a couple of mercenaries, and don their uniforms as disguise to rescue Mansfield, escape the island, and tell the United States about the secret island.


The government would send a destroyer to capture Raymond Manta and his mercenaries, only for Raymond to turn around and send a private submarine to destroy the destroyer. Wonder Woman would arrive to foil the submarines effort and in frustration Raymond Manta would set his island to self destruct, declaring that he would find a new secret private island to call his tropical retreat.


The resulting explosion and destruction of the island caused seismic damage on the ocean floor, forcing the United States to cancel their plans for a secret underwater nuke testing facility.


Whether Raymond Manta would actually pay for his crimes in international waters was a mystery given his incredible wealth and friends in the higher echelons of the American government.

Day 1174: Pete Johnson

Formerly a United States marine. Pete Johnson after serving his country would go on to become a professional car driver. Not one who actually won the big trophy, but was always in the top three of any race he entered.


After a devastating car wreck while racing in the Indie 500, Pete miraculously survived after a month in the hospital but being a single father he realized that such a lifestyle was to dangerous for it risked leaving his son an orphan. His mother being a professional dancer who left Pete with the child after he was born and vanished for parts unknown never to be seen again.


So getting a job as a cab driver, Pete would live a quiet life in order to for his son to have a good life. Not regretting his choice even once.


Things would take a surprising turn however when he picked up as his fare Diana Prince who was leaving the airport in a hurry. Revealing herself to be an agent for the IADC, Diana explained that she was being followed and the group after her had kidnapped Steve Trevor, targeting her less than an hour afterwards in her apartment.


So Pete would engage in a spectacular car chase, managing to put some distance between them and their persuers in a disused back road. Diana would get off at the woods and with no one around, she would change into Wonder Woman and capture her persuers, only to find they were hired muscle.


So using the magic lasso to command them to forget finding Diana Prince or telling her anything, she sent them off on their way, changed back into Diana Prince, and rejoined Pete, asking for him to find her a safe place. He would take her to his house where she would plot out her next move in trying to discover Steves whereabouts, who had taken him, and what possible reason they had for doing so.

Day 1175: Angel Valsquez
Part of an unnamed radicalized terrorist group which was formed under the basis that governments as an institution are bad and all governments need to be dismantled for the betterment of the world. Angel was a long time member of said group, having never been more than one among its lower echelons, but still fiercly loyal.

It was thanks to this lack of prestige among his group that he was able to avoid capture when a sting operation between the San Fransisco police and the IADC mannaged to capture their leader, and most of the higher profile members of their organization.

Still fiercely loyal to the cause though, Angel for years continued to drum up support. Holding up their captured leader as a martyr for the cause with the dream of one day toppling the worlds governments.

When a man approached them declaring he wished to share their vision and had a plot to make it all possible, Angel and his small remaining group latched on to him, desperate for relevence. And thus Angel became a lacky for a Russian agent with a plot to topple the American government, plunging the nation into chaos.

Though Angel lacked any great vision or intellect, he was fiercly loyal to his cause, was able to draw in like minded nutters to his side, and served as a convinient middle man for hiring goons and the like, since he couldn't be directly traced back to his new masters.

Day 1176: Tall Man

An otherwise mysterious figure, Tall Man as he was nicknamed was a professional killer who had forsaken his name and dedicated his life to assassination. Picking up and discarding identities freely to suit his objective, the Tall Man was a killer who prided himself in his professionalism and valued the quality of his work.


Hired by Angel to end the life of Diana Prince after she managed to evade their rent-a-goons on three separate occasions, Tall Man was sent in. Tracking down his target in short order, Tall Man was quickly closing in on Diana when a couple of police popped up by chance, forcing Tall Man to withdraw.


Discovering that Tall Man was stepping back and lying in wait, Angels boss Catolyn Hamilton contacted him and berated him for not taking the shot, insisting he go in guns blazing.


The Tall Man scoffed at such a demand, declaring that it would be unprofessional of him. For he was hired to kill Diana Prince no more, no less and he refused to kill people he was not paid to, to cause a scene, and to do so in front of witnesses. For that would not be professional.


Then going on to voice his disgust at the likes of her who think killing thousands was for the greater good of their supposed goals, he declared he would do things professionally and cleanly, suggesting they do it themselves if they wanted to cause a senseless massacre.


So the Tall Man stalked Diana Prince, lying in wait but unable to find a moment when she was alone and vulnerable, so he kidnapped the son of Pete Johnson in order to exchange him for Diana. Diana agreed and once the trade was done, Tall Man drove off with Diana to the middle of nowhere, but halfway to their destination Diana lept out of the vehicle, turned into Wonder Woman, and captured him.


Tall Man congradulated Wonder Woman on defeating him willingly went to jail without a fuss, insisting it was all part of the job of a hired hitman.

Day 1177: Carolyn Hamilton

Born in San Fransico on November 16th 1952, Carolyn became a police officer on April 18th 1971. A highly respected officer of the law, Carolyn was sent undercover to take down a villainous terrorist organization blossoming in San Franscico, and stop them from their efforts of toppling the government.


So becoming the arm candy for their leader, Carolyn used seduction, pretending to love him in order to discover his secrets. However during her months long sting, Carolyn began genuinly developing feelings for him, and camr to adopt his ideology. However the law coming first, Carolyn carried out the sting alongside Steve Jr of the IADC, leading to most of the terrorist group being behind bars. In large part thanks to Carolyns own testimony.


Heartbroken over her own actions, Carolyn would quit the force on November 11th, 1971. Unable to get over the feelings he had for the charismatic villain.Eventually being discovered by someone planning to use the group to their own ends, Carolyn would be rpulled in and soon enough was the leader of the group, for she was herself being manipulated by a brilliant fiend.


Taking a flight back from San Fransisco to Los Angeles, Carolyn would be spotted by Steve Jr who had helped her in the sting those years ago. Fearing that Steve would recognize her and notify the authorities, Steve Jr would be captured and effort would be made to end the life of Diana Prince while she tried to turn Steve Jr to her side.

Day 1178: Tom Baker

Assistant to Agent Johns in overseeing the World Compass event, a gathering of political figures to discuss the world and where it was going. An event such as this needed the highest of security and Tom having been an agent for over twelve years, was above suspicion.


In reality however, Tom Baker was a sleeper agent, deep undercover lying in wait for the chance to cause a crippling amount of damage to the nation. So when this opportunity presented itself, Tom sought out a homegrown collection of anarchist terrorists, a willing pawn to act in his name, and began setting the pieces into place.


So using Carolyns old connections to smuggle munitions into the city and get around the police. And Angels group of terrorists, Tom Baker would take out the security for the event, fill the surrounding buildings with snipers, and playing the role of a terrorist, began making demands such as fifty million dollars pulled from the United States treasury within the hour. A private jet. And for the president to confess to the fallacy of the American governmental institution!


However while he was busy with all of this grandstanding, Wonder Woman was leaping from building to building, capturing the snipers until none of them were left, and then capturing Tom Baker himself.


Carolyn realizing the mistake she made, freed Steve and turned herself in, getting a reduced sentence in the process. And thus the entire plot was put to an end thanks to Wonder Woman.

Day 1179: Elena Atkinson

Daughter of Joe Atkinson of the IADC, Elena Atkinson was a college student attending UCLA who was majoring in business. However despite promising grades and a good head on her shoulders, Elena had no interest in business or college or furthering her education. Instead she had a passion for entertainment, wanting to get into show business.


Despising her father who was insistent on her getting a good education and a career, Elena never called nor kept in touch with him. Only giving him a ring when she needed money or a plane ticket so she could travel hundreds of miles just to attend concerts for her favorite bands.


Developing an obsession for musician Hamelin Rule, Elena traveled to three different cities to watch his concerts. Attempting to join the band since he regularly hired for new dancers to join him on stage.


Meanwhile the college noting that Elena had been failing in school and had not attended classes for weeks, contacted her father, alerting him of the situation and that she was facing possible expulsion if this kept up.


Joe at his wits end intended to hunt down his daughter and drag her back to the college, but Diana Prince convinced him otherwise, declaring instead that she would seek Elena out and talk to her, helping Elena to see reason.

Day 1180: Carl Schwartz

Manager and muscle for Hamlin Rule, Carl Schwartz was on the surface, Hamlins manager who was also charged with busting heads and breaking arms to get Hamlin his money and stop anyone from harassing his boss.


Under the surface unbeknownst to the world however, Carl was also Hamlins accomplice carrying out his efforts to cheat and rob the music industry. Leading thefts to rob the very venues that Hamlin was performing out of, swiping all of the money they earned in ticket sales. Then coming in the next day threatening to bust in the managers head if he didn't pay the money agreed upon to Hamlin with the contract despite the robbery.


The only one aware of Hamlins powers because Hamlin specificially told him about them, Carl would take measures to protect himself against them, regularly wearing ear plugs whenever Hamlin played.


When Diana Prince began sniffing around in an effort to get in touch with Elena Atkinson, Hamlin found out from Elena that Diana worked for the IADC. Not believing that she was there for Elena, the two crooks thought Diana was there for them so they concocted a plan to lure Diana to the Elura recording studio where Hamlin would use his powers to brainwash Diana after Carl restrained her.


However instead of Diana Prince, they encountered Wonder Woman who captured Carl instead and lasso'd him to learn of Hamlins whole operation while the singer made his escape, surrounded with an army of bloodthirsty fans who would die in his name.

Day 1181: Hamlin Rule

American musician and 70s rock sensation. Hamlin Rule was the singing sensation of his day. Adored by teenage girls from coast to coast and otherwise ignored by everyone else, Hamlin would sing songs about love and peace. Hopes and dreams.


Beneath that carefully constructed facade created to win hearts however, Hamlin Rule was a mean spirited spiteful individual who spent years in the music industry being chewed up, spit out, and stiffed of any of the money he was promised for his gigs before he finally snapped.


Convinced the music industry and the world in general owed him, Hamlin Rule discovered that he had the power to control peoples minds when he played the flute.Forcing them to do his bidding and control their minds. With them unaware that they were under his sway or aware of what they did at his behest.


Going on to develop a device called the sonic disintigrator which used sonic waves to punch holes through solid steel, Hamlin would mind control random groupies to pull off heists which would be led by Carl Schwartz, and rob the venues he performed at, making money from them twice over.


Viewing his fans with scorn, Hamlin declared they were little more than mindless mice who danced to his tune and would buy into anything he played for they had no will of their own. But when his partner Carl was caught, Hamlin was at his wits end, having relied on his partners help all this time.


So recalling Elena Atkinson was a college student and was begging to be a part of his show, Hamlin offered her a job as his new business manager. When she protested this, saying she wanted to be a musician and performer, Hamlin rolled his eyes and pointed out that being an entertainer is a bum gig with no future. That being in business and handling the money is where the real action was.


Brainwashing her to aid him for good measure, Hamlin made her obsessively loyal and soon she was robbing for him like Carl had been. This sort of attention though would garner the attention of Wonder Woman whom Hamlin would first try to annihilate with his sonic disintigrator which Wonder Woman deflected with her bracelets, and then try to brainwash Diana with his flute which she knocked from his hands with her tiara.


With Hamlin caught, Elena was freed from her mind control but begged Wonder Woman not to drag Hamlin off to jail. Insisting that he could reform and do good things, because someone that talented at music totally cant be a bad person~


Defying logic, Wonder Woman went along with it and with Hamlin would return all the money he stole and promise not to mind control anyone, getting off scott free. Oh, but not his partner Carl Schwartz who was already sent to jail for all of this nonsense.

Day 1182: Kathryn O'Reilly

Born in Boston Massachusetts, USA. Kathryn was your average every day woman who worked as a cashier at a grocery store and lived in a tiny apartment less than a mile from where she grew up.


This all changed when by luck, she won a cruise that would take her along the Mediterranean. It was during this cruise, that she would happen upon the king of Malachar who wanting some time away from his duties, signed up for the cruise and took the vacation incognito, with none aware of his true identity.


The two of them hitting it off, the two of them fell in love and the king revealed his identity to Kathryn before inviting her to join him in Malachar. The Bostonite accepting in a heart beat, didn't even bother returning home to pack, heading straight to Malachar with him.


The two of them would eventually wed and Kathryn would come to love that vague European nation with its crown jewels, love of crumpets, and prevalence of tea. Declaring it her true home and the people of Malachar her people.


Tragedy would strike however for suffering from a medical complication, the king of Malachar abruptly passed away. And leaving no relatives, the crown by right of succession passed on to his wife, with Kathryn O'Reilly becoming the queen of Malachar.


However this was not a status quo that all were pleased with for many in the countries higher echelons bemoaned Kathryn as an outsider who was not fit to be on their throne. And plotted to see her cast out in disgrace.....

Day 1184: Evan Robley

International thief and the supposed 'worlds greatest' Evan Robley was a master of espionage with a a lengthy history. From stealing a set of plans from the Navy consisting of every ship and submarine along with its route. To the money plates of Turkey, Evans deeds were one incredible theft after another.


Getting caught once in New Zealand by the IADC and escaping immediently afterward, Evan began to have second thoughts about his choice of career, wanting to retire at his peak and live in the lap of luxery with all of his money amassed from years of theft.


Contacted by Gregory Orich who hired him to steal the crown jewels, Evan got the ambassador of Malachar to phony up an identification as a distant relative of the former kings, and traveled to the embassy in Palm Beach.


Under the alias of Count Diaz, Evan using his incredible charisma and charm was able to beguile the others at the embassy, though Queen Kathryn well aware that there was no such count, confronted him in private about it.


Evan confessed that he was not Count Diaz, but was instead Agent Clockskont. A secret agent of America sent to ensure her crown jewels were safe. Charming her with his wit and smiles, Kathryn confessed to the location she hid it. A secret vault hidden behind the bookcase.


So in the dead of night, Evan Robley snuck in and stole the crown jewels but when he returned to his room he discovered they were fakes. Confronting Gregory Orich about it, Evan had a gun pulled on him and was threatened to keep quiet or he was dead. The ambassador gloating that no one would believe the claims of a criminal such as himself and suggested 'Count Diaz' sit back and watch as he became king.


Wonder Woman would arrive and lassoing Evan, get him to confess to the whole deal. And then proceeded to offer his aid in exchange for a pardon for the many thefts he had committed, Wanting a clean slate.


Steve Jr would agree to this and thus Diana and Evan snuck into the embassy vaults to retrieve the hidden crown jewels and foiled an effort by Gregory Orich to murder them for knowing to much.


And with that, Gregorys plot was exposed. The crown jewels were safe. And the queen would continue to rule. Evan gaining his pardon was now a free bird and would then proceed to approach the queen, offering his services.


The queen was a touch skeptical but deciding that she wanted someone as fiendish and clever as Robley on her side, accepted and appointed Evan her new ambassador to the United States.

Day 1185: Sam Tucker

A high ranking politician with one foot in business and financing. Sam Tucker was part of a private company which negotiated trade deals and the like as a third party between the United States and other nations.


However for months his efforts began being stymied at every turn. A south american trade agreement falling apart after news of it leaked, souring potential investors on the prospect.


The middle eastern oil delegation walked out of trade talks when a rival nation got word of the deal and offered them a better alternative.


Nearing an agreement with the Canal Countess when rumor began to spread and she left the country.


With every effort to advance the countries trading efforts foiled, everything was carefully being scrutinized and across the board months of negotiations were falling apart left and right.


This being dire enough to warrant a government investigation, they discovered that the one common factor in every effort was that the politicians and businessmen involved were married, and that their wives frequented the 'Alan hotel' on a weekly basis.


The notion that they were all spies for a puppeteer working to bring down the government was being considered and the IADC was especially called to investigate.

Day 1186: Christian Harrison

Vice president of the vague company which acts as an intermediary between the United States and other countries in matters of trade, Christian Harrison went and married diana prince!


Except not really. The whole thing being staged with the officiater of the wedding being a judge who in on the whole thing, played along. In reality due to the leaks which have been harming Americas efforts, Christian was contacted by the IADC and agreed to play along as Diana went undercover to pretend to be his wife so that the sabatours would approach her, allowing them to out the criminal nare do wells.


Heading for the hotel which seemed to be the common factor in every leak, they on the way stopped for a meal when some of the criminal masterminds agents broke into their car to sift through their luggage to make sure they were not plotting anything, only to be stopped by Wonder Woman.


The pair escaped thanks to Christian winding up in trouble and reported to their boss who cursed their incompetence and swore to deal with Diana and Christian once they arrived at the hotel which he owned.....

Day 1187: David Alan

Owner of the Alan hotel. David Alan was to the public eye a sophisticated hotel manager who took a quiet out of the way hotel in the middle of nowhere and turned it into the go to place for politicians and their wives to rest, relax, and enjoy themselves.


In reality however, David Alans true business lie in aquiring top secret government information and selling it to the nations enemies in order to turn a profit. Which he did through a combination of a well trained staff of criminals who had various means of rendering people unconcious from sleep gas saunas to drugged drinks.


Once in the parlor, David would use his powers of mind control massages to put his targets under his power, making them recite everything they knew so he could turn around and sell it for profit. Also implanting a hypnotic suggestion to visit him regularly so that he could turn them into a regular mole in his service.


Using his growing fortune, David soon upgraded his tiny hotel into an expansive beast with a full golf course, swimming pool, tennis court, and shooting range. All for the sake of drawing in potential targets as word spread about his hotel and how every politician had to be there.

Day 1188: Dolly Tucker

Wife of Sam Tucker, president of the vague company which acts as an intermediary between the United States and other governments in terms of trade, Dolly despite not being involved in his career was privvy to the deepest innermost workings of such trade agreements thanks to her husbands incepent gossiping to her about all of his work secrets. A hobby apparently shared by every politician in the United States.


Dolly wanting a break from life in Washington DC, traveled to an out of the way hotel and by dire luck would be the first victim of David Alan. Hypnotized by his mind control massages to reveal every government secret she knew.


Coming regularly for repeat visits for the next few years, Dolly soon led a swarm of housewives to the tiny hotel for rest and relaxation. Unaware that they were all being brainwashed into mining for secrets to dispense for the evil hotel owner.


One day while horse riding however, Dolly would suffer a terrible accident and need to seek out a chiropractor to fix her back. The chiropractor was so skilled that he not only fixed her back, but restored her memories of being brainwashed, and rendered her immune to future brainwashing which is presumably a standard part of chiropracty!


Heading to the hotel a week later, Dolly pretended she was being mind controlled and supplied him fake information. Then later, she confronted David about the whole scheme, revealed how she was immune, and proceeded to blackmail him. Demanding he cease mind controlling people and help her with her own plot and in exchange he could live off of the fortune he had already amassed.


She wanted to continue feeding him information in the hopes that it would lead to her husband being discredited, leading to him being forced to retire so they would leave Washington because shes sick to death of politics and would rather die than continue suffering through the life of living with a glorified politician!


Instead of doing this, David proceeded to plant a remote controlled tazer on a horse, suggest she go horse riding, and attempt to kill her because he had no intention of giving up his scam.


However just when Dolly was sent flying from the horse, who should arrive to save the day but Wonder Woman who also lasso'd Alan who was trying to make a getaway with the money.


Dolly would proceed to play dumb, which worked since everyone had been mind controlled. And Sam Tucker would wind up retiring after the incident for hearing how his wife had nearly died made Sam appreciate that his career was taking time away from her. So retiring, he put Christian Harrison in charge and left for the countryside to live with his wife.

Day 1189: Colonel Minh

Head of Chinese intelligence, Colonel Minh was a well off individual with a manor in Los Angeles, America from which he directed operations with none the wiser. Minh was going about his usual day to day operations when suddenly a mountain in the middle of China abruptly erupted!


The mountain having not shown the slightest sign of seismic activity before, the sudden disaster stunned the nation and the world. The true scope of what had occurred was soon realized however when it was noticed that this was not a natural occurrence, but artificially produced! For a powerful energy beam coming from the United States hit the mountain moments before, causing its erruption.


Calling on Chinas top agent and a local undercover operative, Colonel Minh would meet them both in his manor and explain their mission. For naturally if the beam came from the United States, it must mean that the nation itself was behind the attacks. For the sake of protecting their country, they were to seek out the triangulated source of the volcano making device, and destroy it!


They also had a lead. For arriving in Los Angeles was Diana Prince of the IADC who upon arriving in town began setting off into the Californian wilderness via dune buggy.....

Day 1190: David Cruik

Day 1191: Lin Wan

A third generation Chinese American. Lin Wan was secretly a spy for Chinese intelligence, having been recruited for his local knowledge and to essentially serve as a sleeper agent until called upon.


Having grown up in Los Angeles, Lin Wan considered himself street wise and adept at navigating the tough streets of the big city. Though he wasn't by any means a skilled fighter or knowledgable in most other matters, with even the Chinese language being something he only knew a handful of words in. He made up for it with his street racing background and being a decent shot with a gun.


With the Volcano ray originating from Baha, California Lin Wan was called up as a local expert and teamed up with Mei Ling, the best agent China had, to stop the ray which caused a volcano to erupt in the middle of China before it could cause more damage.


The two of them getting along like fire and water, the pair of them were soon traveling in pursuit of Diana Prince. With Lin Wan driving from a safe distance to avoid detection, with Mei Ling lamenting how soft city slickers like Lin Wan were. Hopelessly lost without his creature comforts and ignorant of anything outside of his tiny part of the world.


The pair would follow Diana to a hotel in Baha, with Lin Wan wanting to check in as well and fuming when Mei Ling declared that they would sleep in the car.

Day 1192: Jack Corbin

Hotel owner in the tiny town of Baha California, Jack Corbin was a pillar of the community who was vocal about his pro peace viewpoints and dislike for military action.


Beneath that facade however, Jack Corbin was an agent of Professor Arthur Chapman, The man responsible for the volcano making device. His duty was to monitor the town to make sure no one caught onto his masters ambitions. And to keep an eye out for any newcomers, in case they were seeking out the professor.


His hotel being outfitted by Arthur Chapman himself with a variety of death traps and listening devices. Anyone who came to that hotel would be screened and sentenced without their knowledge. If someone was deemed a threat, they would be sent down a chute to a crushing room trap to be sent to their deaths. With Chapman privvy to every intruder and capable of telling Jack what to do with those he wants taken care of.


Despite the vile and villainous nature of what he was doing, killing people and spying to serve his master, Jack was convinced everything he was doing wasn't only justified, but morally right. For what Chapman promised was to bring peace to the world and that was something Jack Corbin was willing to kill for. If it took killing hundreds to achieve those goals, Chapman was more than willing to make it happen for the greater good.

Day 1193: Mei Ling

The most skilled agent of Chinese intelligence, Mei Ling was originally naught but a farm girl when she was amongst those selected for training as a covert operative. Recieving a master in martial arts, and in depth knowledge on a variety of subjects including art, history, language, and geography.


The end result was apparent with Mei Lings incredible skill to the point that she had somewhat of a reputation amongst the spy community for her all business demenor. And willingness to break the arms of any spies who tried getting to familiar. Scoffing at luxuries such as beds and and entertainment, Mei Ling was focused on her work and her loyalty to her country.


Called upon to investigate the United States after a weapon was launched from it, creating a volcano in the United States. Suspecting Diana Prince of being involved because shes American, she would confront her at the foot of the mountain where the blast had originated after it fired again, hitting Russia.


The two would do battle with their martial arts prowess but despite all of her training, Mei Ling was defeated by Diana Prince who convinced them that the United States government was not responsible for those crimes. Instead she convinced Mei Ling and Lin Wan to work with her to get to the bottom of this and unite in a common cause against those truly responsible.

Day 1194: Kalanin and Tobirov

Usually referred simply as 'the Twins' Kalanin and Tobirov were two of Russias finest secret agents. When a volcano abruptlu errupted in Russia, the nation sent the twins to the United States after pinpointing the source of the volcano creating device in order to either destroy it or steal it for Russia.


Air dropping onto the mountain where the beam originated, they began searching, only to run into Diana Prince, Lin Wan, and Mei Ling. The latter of which they had crossed paths with before and lost sorely.


Holding the three at gun point, the twins accused China and the united states of being in cahoots. But while they were confronting Mei Ling, Diana Prince made her getaway, only for surprisingly enough Wonder Woman to arrive moments later to defeat the twins.


But while Wonder Woman was convincing everyone to get along and work together to stop the threat, they were surrounded by gun men who rounded them all up to take to their leader.


Wonder Woman would meanwhile run off, only for Diana to turn up and get captured so she could be taken to the big bad and find out who he was and what he was up to in an effort to better understand his plan for proper foiling.
