Year of Wonder Woman

Day 681: Nilremo
Evil leprechaun wizard of the most darkest of sorceries, Nilremo has allied himself with the evil spirits which exist to plague mankind, and sworn to defeat his fellow Leprechauns so that those evil entities may swarm upon the mortal realm unimpeded and bring with them terror and mayhem.

Having ambushed the Leprechauns and used a shrinking spell upon them which also had the effect of robbing them of their magic, Nilremo attempted to destroy them utterly only to find they had been reduced to a size smaller than he could see, making it difficult.

With the leprechauns spells of protection tied to their wakefulness and livliness, the evil spirits could not lay waste to the world, forcing Nilremo to continue his search in the hopes of gaining ultimate power.

Wonder Woman having received word from the Leprechauns hurried to their domain to lend them her aid only for the Amazon Princess to be afflicted by the same spell, shrinking her to a size smaller than he could see.

Gloating, Nilremo laughed, declaring that now that Wonder Woman could not use her magical powers she was powerless to stop him and once herself and the leprechauns were doomed, his friends the evil spirits would conquer the world and make him ruler of the hallowed halls of leprechaun castle!

However what Nilremo had overlooked was the tiny detail that Wonder Womans powers are based on her mental will and psychic power. Which is as all know, a science of the mind. Thus the evil leprechaun found himself lifted into the air by one foot, spun around like a tornado, tossed into the air, and then lasso'd by a tiny figure which jumped into his ear and commanded him to reverse his spell, restoring the Leprechauns and Wonder Woman to their original size with their powers restored.

And so it was that the day was saved. With King Moono cursing Nilremo to shrink to a fraction of his size with his powers robbed of him. The curse crafted in such a way that Nilremo would grow in size proportionate to the good within him and in time he could regain his powers should he reform.

Day 682: King Hazeen and Queen Kara
Rulers of ancient Egypt at some unspecified point in time, the pair of them ruled together with the love of the people for they were great rulers who would later be known for a number of pyramids.

One day in the present, Wonder Woman was on a trip to Egypt with Steve when they discovered a statue buried beneath the sand. Wonder Woman curious, dug it up to discover a sphinx with her face!

Curious by this, Wonder Woman declared she would get to the bottom of this and traveled back in time to the unspecified period of ancient Egypt and arrived at the sight where the Sphinx would be built, only to discover Hazeen and Kara on horseback fleeing from a group of soldiers.

Wonder Woman picking up the horses and slinging them over her arms as she ran off with the pair asked them what was going on and discovered that they had been overthrown by an evil relative named duke Nanox and they were trying to escape him.

Wonder Woman deciding to help them sat them down and forming a wall out of sand, Wonder Woman using the power of friction, heated it, turning it into a four foot thick wall of solid glass which the horsemen not seeing, crashed right into!

With more soldiers coming, Wonder Woman fled a distance away again and then forming sand into great stone blocks, Wonder Woman proceeded to construct a pyramid and carried Hazeen and Kara to the top of it! The soldiers running up in pursuit since they could not travel up on horse back soon tired however, and collapsed midway to the top, giving Wonder Woman ample time to simply walk down and carry the two away.

Day 683: Jean Douglas

Young child who wished for nothing more than to go to Paradise Island, Jean Douglas sent a letter to Wonder Woman, wishing nothing more than to visit. Addressing her letter from 4601 Arbor Avenue and sending the letter through the post office, Jeans letter made the news as post office officials unable to deliver the letter, were baffled.

Soon Journalist Douglas from the Global Globe caught word of this curious problem and it soon made the front page, how this poor girl was doomed for disappointment for Wonder Woman would never get that letter and Jeans wish could tragically never come true.

Wonder Woman hearing about the letter through this news coverage headed to Jean Douglas's house and speaking with the child, discovered her wish. For unexplained reasons Wonder Woman couldn't take the child to Paradise Island, so instead Wonder Woman concocted a plan to make her dream come true!

Thus Wonder Woman traveling out to see, constructed an artificial island that was a perfect replica of Paradise Island. And getting a collection of robots remotly controlled by her sister Amazons, Wonder Woman populated the island with them to allow the child the chance to interact with the Amazons!

And thus so it was since this island was not the real Paradise Island but a perfect replica peoples by robots remote controlled by Amazons from the Real Paradise island, Jean and various male journalists were able to visit the isle.

Day 684: Duke Nanox
Hailing from some unspecified time in the distant past of Ancient Egypt, Duke Nanox was a vile tyrant who had nothing but hatred for the king and queen who ruled the land wisley and justly. Desiring power for himself, Nanox brought in soldiers from beyond Egypt to stage a coup, imprisoning the king and queen so he might rule.

However Hazeen and Kara were fiercly popular and love by the people, leading to fierce rebellion by those who sought Nanox's head for taking away their king and queen, unaware that Nanox had imprisoned them so he may torture them.

When the two of them escaped Nanox's clutches and evaded his soldiers with the help of Wonder Woman, Nanox in rage ordered his armies to massacre the populace, declaring that he would kill all the people so that his brother Hazeen would have no country left to rule!

Wonder Woman discovering this declared she would not let such villainy go to pass and rushing to stop Nanox's evil scheme, she discovered he and his soldiers were sailing down the nile towards the helpless villages.

So making her magic lasso take the form of a giant electric fan and causing it to spin rapidly, Wonder Woman sent Nanox and his men into the air hurtling hundreds of miles away to be trapped upon a deserted island well away from civilized peoples.

And thus so it was the day was saved thanks to Wonder Woman and in gratitude for being their protector, they made a Sphinx modeled after her and built it at the very spot she appeared before them.

Day 685: Goldo
Member of a race of metal men who live beneath the earths surface, Goldo and his people like apparently all beings who lived beneath the Earths surface for unexplained reasons wished to conquer the surface world and claim it for their own.

Realizing that organic entities required organic matter to survive, the gold people invented a gold ray and began turning soil into gold. Soon plants across the world were dying for their roots were encased in gold. Farms were lost. Coal became worthless. The value of gold became meaningless.

Wonder Woman investigating, met with Paula and discovered the cause seemed to be emanating from deep beneath the Earths surface. So turning her lasso into a drill, Wonder Woman traveled deep into the Earth until she found the home of the gold people and discovered their plan.

Attempting to reason with them, Wonder Woman was met by a declaration that she must die, as goldo ordered the others to use the gold ray to turn Wonder Woman into gold!

Attempting to fire upon Wonder Woman who instead leaped and darted, avoiding the ray, the gold men turned the rock face itself into soft gold and mannaged to cause magma to flood the cavern, killing the gold people. Wonder Woman hurried to the surface and sealed the tunnel, but Goldo and his people were lost to their foolishness.

Day 686: Milla Gates
Friend of Wonder Womans and head of Gates high school, Milla was granted the school by Auld Scragg who leased the land for the school and let the school be built upon it. Milla getting Wonder Womans help in building it, proceeded to spend many years molding young minds and educating them, unaware of the fine print in Auld Scraggs agreement.

Time would pass and the elderly Scragg would pass on and leave behind a will, declaring ownership of the land will go to one of two schools. Gates high school or the Scragg high school run by Auld Scraggs grandson Scraggly Scragg. The two schools would be required to compete in a baseball game and the school that lost would be required to be torn down.

With the game scheduled for two days after the will was read, Milla was in a panic for her school was closed due to a measel epedemic with no students capable of participating. Struggling to keep her school going, Milla pleaded with the lawyers to allow her to have Wonder Woman play for her school.

The lawyers mulling it over decided to allow it but let Scraggly name the conditions since it was rather unorthadox to allow an adult to participate.

Scraggly Scragg declared that since baseball requires at least two players, that Milla must enroll a student of his choosing into her school and if the student couldn't learn anything after a single day, then Milla must forfiet.

Milla Gates agreed and the following day she met with Scraggly who introduced her newest student. An eight hundred pound gorilla named Andy.

Day 687: Zena
Not to be confused with any warrior princesses, Zena is an Amazon from Paradise Island and scientist responsible for the maintenance of the 'Amazonium field' a machiine kept in the most closley guarded recesses of the island which produces a field that empowers all Amazonium in the universe to make the unique metal which resonates with the field to gain indestructable properties.

It is thanks to the Amazonium field that all Amazonium including Wonder Womans bracelets and tiara maintain their indestructible nature and are not simply torn apart, as without the Amazonium field, things like the braclets have physical qualities not unlike gold.

Due to the nature of the machine which produces the energy field across the universe, regular maintenance must be done on it once a year, requiring the machine to be shut down for 24 hours while a full overhaul of the machinery is made.

Because of this, for a full day, Wonder Woman becomes incapable of using the very tools which allow her to ddeflect bullets and foil criminals from a distance.

However Wonder Woman refusing to sit back and wait for the machinery to be repaired continued on in mans world doing what she could to protect it from danger. Thus be it using a manhole cover to deflect bullets or a dinner plate in place of her tiara, Wonder Woman continued protecting the peace until Zena could reactivate the device in a record eighteen hours, pushing herself so that Wonder Woman would be safe.

Day 688: Andy Gorilla
Newest student at Gates high school as per conditions laid out by Scraggly Scraggs for the big baseball game between the two schools to decide which one would be closed down. Andy shockingly enough, was a gorilla. Specifically a circus gorilla who had been purchased by Scraggly Scrags to give to the Gates High School as a student.

As per the conditions Andy needed to pass a days lessons to prove he was a student or else the Gates school would not have enough players and be required to close down.
And so it was that Wonder Woman took it upon herself to be Andys teacher, to instill knowledge upon the gorilla.

However problems soon arose when giving Andy a history book, it was torn in half by the gorillas terrific strength despite its best efforts. With Milla Gates agast and Scraggly Scraggs chorteling, things seemed doomed! However Wonder Woman not about to give up ran off, hunted down some meteors, and carved them into thin sheets which she bound into a book made from meteoric matter. Then using a chissel, Wonder Woman from memory wrote down the contents of the history book in a manner of minutes and gave it to Andy, supplying him with a book that he could not tear or damage.

And so with Andy now posessing text books he could handle and Wonder Woman in a matter of minutes teaching Andy how to read and write, the lessons began in earnest. By the end of the day, Andy had achieved a fascination with classical literature, a mastery of history particularly that of Rome. And as an extracarricular activity, Andy volunteered to serve as a crossing guard at the nearby elementry school to help wee children cross the street.

Thanks to Wonder Woman, Andy was a model student and thus eligable to participate in the baseball game, Scrags scheme backfiring upon him.

And thus the game began, with Wonder Woman and Andy on one side and the baseball team of Scrags high school on the other. With the twist being that as another condition for Wonder Woman playing, she was not allowed to use her hands when playing the game.

So when at bat Wonder Woman would hit homeruns using only her teeth. She would catch balls by leaping fifty feet into the air and headbutting the ball into Andys hands. And with the gorilla able to send balls flying out of sight and leaving bats shattered to splinters, the pair of them easily won the game.

And thus so it was the Gates high school was saved, with Scraggly Scrags forced to use his own sizable fortune to purchase the portion of his grandfathers estate which his own school had been built upon.

Day 689: Spider
Criminal supervillain, Spider is to the public, the ringmaster of the Argus flea circus. A well known circus in the insectoid circus circles known for the curious training Spider gives to his fleas.

For while other circus owners will train their fleas to jump from the hive board or swing from the trapeze or walk the tight rope or leap through a ring of fire, Spider trained his fleas to live in a miniature suburb and drive along a miniature freeway to a miniature office building for a full business day and then after work travel back home to pick up the family and take them to the zoo which contains what almost looked like miniature humans!

Unbeknownst to those who watched the circus however, the zoo (which was maintained by fleas who were trained to be professional zoo keepers) was in fact populated by miniaturized humans! Witnesses, police officers, anyone the criminal underworld wanted to make disappear, Spider made it a reality.

So when the one hundred wealthiest gang leaders in the world each gave Spider ten thousand dollars each in pre inflation currency, Spider concocted a plan to do the same to Wonder Woman.

Thus Spider set up the Argus flea circus in a building near army intelligence with the help of his band of broom wielding clowns, and put out an ad in the paper. 'Wonder Woman to feature in the Argus flea circus!'

Diana reading the paper was rather baffled by this and went to confront Spider and discern the truth behind this falsehood but upon entering the building he rented out for his circus, Wonder Woman was hit by a Reducto ray of Spiders own design which shrank Wonder Woman to the size of a flea!

With the help of his clowns, Spider was able to trap Wonder Woman within the flea's zoo before she could get her bearings, and so Wonder Woman was caged while fleas stared at Wonder Woman while wearing wonder woman t-shirts, tiaras, and carrying little wonder woman dolls and balloons.

Wonder Woman was captured by Argus.

Spider monitoring Wonder Woman with a magnifying glass, had an eye drip full of knock out gas to lay out Wonder Woman should she ever escape, with his clowns to trade shifts with him, the lot of them plotting to work together to keep Wonder Woman prisoner.

However the fleas wanting to see the newest zoo attraction do tricks, provided her with barbells to see an example of her incredible strength. Wonder Woman grasping those barbells threw them through the ceiling of her cage, shattering the magnifying glass.

In the confusion, Wonder Woman lept from her cage and while being pursued by a panicked flea populace driven into a frenzy over the escaping wild animal, Diana left the miniature city and leaping from the box it was kept in, proceeded to throw Spider and his man around the room and leave them in a pile as she set the reducto ray in reverse, restored herself to original size.

Wonder Woman then rescued the people who had been shrunken by Spider, giving them their lives back, sent Spider and his clowns to prison, and proceeded to collect a menagerie of willing animals which she shrank with the reducto ray to give to the fleas, replacing the humans who had populated their zoo previously.

Day 690: Serve-bot
Robot froma distant apocolyptic future where mankind had been exterminated, Serve-bot was created for the singular purpose of serving humans and ensuring their continued survival.

However with mankind extinct, Serve-Bot seemingly no longer posessed a means to function. However instead of simply shutting down, Serve-Bot came to the decision that to ensure mankinds continued survival he must bring them...From the past!

Thus constructing a time machine and building it upon the remains of the Midwest city bridge, Serve-Bot activated it, creating a portal between the two time periods and causing anyone who traveled through to be trapped in the future!

Serve-Bot would quickly capture and confine those he captured within energy bubbles to keep them safe from any and all possible harm. His intention to repopulate the world with those taken from the past, where they would live out their lives imprisoned by Serve-Bot in the name of ensuring the survival of the human race.

The govenor, the police, countless people who traveling along that bridge, no one was safe. Wonder Woman naturally hearing of this declared she would get to the bottom of it and walked across the bridge, into the future.

Wonder Woman encountering the robot broke free from one of his confining bubbles and grappling with Serve-bot as it tried to restrain her, Serve-Bot wore itself out and ceased operation due to the decades without maitenence taking its toll on the machine.

And thus so it was that Wonder Woman brought those sent to the future back to the past.

Day 691: Ann Smith
Ordinary woman living on 14th harbor street, Ann Smith was an everyday individual who heard the story of Wishing Parks famous wishing fountain. A fountain which would grant any wish if you wrote your message on a rock and dropped it into the fountain.

Wishing to donate to charity and look fabulous doing it, Ann Smith was able to recieve an invitation to the Seaside ball. A glamorous affair which ended with the guests donating their jewellery to charity.

However Ann Smith being a humble officer worker lacked precious jewels or a ball gown or any of that, and wished for more than anything a pearl necklace that she could at least donate to charity.

Now Diana enjoying a nice stroll through the park happened upon Ann Smith and seeing the woman tossing the stone into the fountain with dismay, Diana being Wonder Woman naturally went to read the message on the stone and discovering the girls plight, she swore to help her!

Thus Wonder Woman ran to the ocean, dove to the briny bottom, and finding a collection of oysters, she began collecting pearls from the, fending off a herd of kraken along the way.

Returning to the surface, Wonder Woman made a pearl necklace and then proceeded to sew together the most brilliant gown that had ever been witnessed! Both gifts to be awaiting Ann on her bed when she came home with presumably a carriage made from a pumpkin waiting outside.

Day 692: Machino
Master of masks, Machino was a mask themed criminal known for his mask themed crimes, use of trick masks when commiting crimes, and his focus on stealing valuable masks for his private collection and a tidy profit.

Defeated by Wonder Woman who caught him when he replaced the gasmasks with 'knockout masks' in a museum and threw a smoke bomb in to cause the guards to render themselves unconcious, Machino spent ten years in prison for his crimes and afterwards went on to assume a false identity and get a quiet job at a printing press that made brail books for the blind.

However under that facade of reform, Machino had spent the last decade plotting to end Wonder Womans life and through nefarious means, Machino was able to get his hands on the valuable metal known as Amazonium which is famously unbreakable.

Constructing a mask out of the material that would be impossible to remove without a key made from the same metal, Machino lay in wait for an opportunity, stalking Wonder Woman for months until he sighted her relaxing alongside a creek, taking advantage of a few brief minutes without a crime occuring.

Sneaking up on Wonder Woman and applying the mask while she dozed, Machino had planted a bomb on the inside of the mask which would be powerful enough to even destroy Wonder Woman.

When Wonder Woman awoke she noticed the mask immediently and attempted to remove it. Tearing it off was to no avail. Using sandpaper was useless. Swimming through the artic ocean did nothing. Flying to another planet in her invisible plane and holding her face over the flame gysers of forest park of planet Blazo was futile.

Wonder Woman could tell by the constant ticking that the mask must be a bomb but could not remove it herself. Feeling the mask trying to find a means of getting it off, Diana noticed a message in brail by the villain who devised it. Gloating that the mask would explode in six hours, and that he would have his revenge for being jailed for ten years by Wonder Woman!

Noticing that a press was used to make the message on the mask, Wonder Woman sought out every printing press in the world until she discovered the one the mask had originated from by the make of the machine and the indentations used matching those on the mask. So lassoing the only person in the shoppe, she revealed him to be Machino, and commanded him to remove the mask!

And with that, Wonder Woman foiled Machino's revenge, sending the mask criminal off to jail once again.

Day 693: Titan

The largest moon of Saturn and the only one known to have an atmosphere, Titan is an astrological curiosity that Earthlings have speculated on for quite some time. However unbeknownst to the people of Earth, Titan is in fact a living planet. A predecessor of the Olympian gods which has slumbered for thousands of years in the depths of space.

Awakening in the modern day, Titan because reasons decided to try and destroy Saturn! Utilizing a moon sized laser beam and the ability to control comets and meteors, Titan attempted to destroy the planet Saturn which barely held off the assault with their atmospheric shield and rings of defense.

But unable to withstand such an assault for long, the Saturnites sent out a plea to Wonder Woman to get her to aid them in their time of need! Wonder Woman receiving their message flew immediately into space in her invisible plane and climbing on top of it as Titan turned its attention to her, she deflected a moon sized laser with her bracelets and moved herself between Titan and Saturn to keep the planet from harm.

Enraged, Titan summoned a thousand comets and sent them hurtling towards Wonder Woman who leaping back into her plane, moved to weave and evade them, but they were following the Amazon princess without losing her.

Getting an idea, Wonder Woman increased her speed and flying straight at Titan, she dodged at the last moment, sending the comets hurtling into Titan, bombarding it. The damage the comets caused to the Titanic moon was so great that it rendered the moon unconcious once more.

Day 694: Peter Mason
An elderly man who lives on Mill Pond Road, Peter spent every day looking on at the mill pond right outside his front window, serenly enjoying the view that brought so much life to his home. But over the years the old mill pond dried up, leaving nothing but a granite pond bed where it once sat.

Wishing more than anything to see it once again, Peter heard of the wishing fountain in fountain park and writing his wish for the pond to be restored on a stone, he cast it into the fountain and wandered off, doubtful that it could ever transpire.

At this point, Wonder Woman began taking to the habit of regularly visiting the wishing fountain in secret and without anyone the wiser, granting the wishes of those who tossed their stones into the fountain, simply for the sake of making people happy.

Thus Wonder Woman discovering the wish headed to Mill Pond road, found the pond and when no one was looking, Wonder Woman turned her lasso into a drill and began digging through several feet of solid rock until she found a spring of underground water which she brought to the surface to refill the pond.

Then running off, Wonder Woman returned with various plants, some frogs, and a duck, repopulating the fresh water pond and by the time Peter returned to his house, the pond had been restored to its former glory.

Day 695: Robin Hood
Landed lord turned bandit outlaw, Robin Hood would 'steal fro mthe rich and give to the poor' which in truth was grabbing up tax money and shipping it to the holy lands to pay off the large random for king Richard which would bankrupt England to payoff.

Eventually captured and imprisoned by the Sheriff of Nottingham on the order of Prince John, Robin from his prison cell fired an arrow with a message attached (because they never bothered to disarm him) calling for his band of outlaws known as the Merry Men of Sherwood Forest to assemble and break him out of prison.

However the arrow falling through a crack in time went hurtling into the future, piercing Diana's door while she was preparing for another day of crime fighting. Seeing the letter for help, Wonder Woman took to Paula Von Gunthers time machine and traveled eight hundred years into the past to give aid.

Arriving in time to see friar tuck and little john being captured by a group of knights to be hauled off for their years of criminal activity, Wonder Woman picked up the knights and their horses and tossed them into the pond.

Upon discovering that Robin had been captured the pair offered to give their aid but instantly came down with sprained ankles that made their assistance impossible. Thus Wonder Woman headed off to the castle, jumped over the moat, climbed up the wall, and tore the bars off of Robins jail cell.


The two of them dived into the moat which happened to be full of blood thirsty pirhanas which Robin defeated by arrowing them all to death. The pair swam to the other side where they were then faced by various knights which were then disarmed by Robin arrowing their weapons out of their hands.

With that, Robin had been rescued, Prince John was standing on the ramparts shaking his fist angrily at the outlaw and Wonder Woman returned to the present day, a job well done.

As for Robin, he would go on to continue stealing tax money until the random for King Richard would be paid in full. Then the king would return to England, reinstate Robins land, then amass a large army using what little riches England still posessed to arm them before heading off to war again, leaving Prince John once again in charge of England.

Day 696: Joan Nader

Housewife and everyday woman, Joan Nader was married to a pilot who would return every day in his airplane which would land just outside their house which happened to be situated on the side of a miniature runway.

However one day, her husband never came home, with none the wiser as to what had come of him. His last known position over Great Falls Mountain, he was presumed dead. Heartbroken, Joan turned to the wishing fountain of fountain park which had recently gained alot of attention due to the speedy and over the top granting of many wishes for those in need. Writing her wish on a stone and tossing it into the well, Joan wanted her husband to come back home alive and well.

Wonder Woman who at this point was making it a part of her routine to just grant fountain wishes, found the latest stone and headed off for Great Falls Mountain in search of him. Discovering the mountain of waterfalls which existed thanks to an underground spring which emerged from the very top of the mountain, Great Falls Mountain was well known for having waterfalls on every facing of it, hundreds of cliffing waterfalls from top to bottom.

Canvassing the mountain, Wonder Woman noticed a swarm of buzzards circling around a man clinging to a rock in the middle of a waterfall which he had apparently been doing for several days, living off of the fresh water from the waterfall to stay alive as the buzzards waited for their meal. Wonder Woman throwing her lasso caught the man and carried him off, dropping him off at his front door before flying away.

Diana later arriving at the fountain to see if any new wishes appeared, arrived to see Steve tossing his own stone into the well and without a second thought, Wonder Woman went over and kissed him, making his wish come true as well.

Day 697: Xate

Citizen of planet X-888, Xate was the inventor of his planets first interstellar radio which he would use to recieve transmissions from other worlds and study them for SCIENCE. Their world one of peace and science, they had done away with all crime and injustice.



However when a world ending cataclysm threatened his world, Xate sent out a call for help, which was soon answered by none other than Wonder Woman.

Flying to the world in her invisible jet, Wonder Woman discovered a world with a vast mountain range that formed a perfect ring around the planet that went up into space. A megavolcano on one side of the planet turned the entire landmass into one massive pit of magma. And the opposite side of the world was taken up by an equelly sized volcano that spewed forth ice and snow which turned that side of the planet into one giant glacier.

The survivors taking refuge in the mountain range had grown during the sudden disaster which had created the two mega volcanoes, Xate and the other survivors appeared doomed by this unstopable disaster of epic proportions.

However Wonder Woman seeing their plight proceeded to pinpoint a specific point in the large mountain range which had no survivors and carved a hole through the mountains the size of the grand canyon, feeding the molten magma through the gap and simulatiously melting the ice and cooling the magma.

Then Leaping down to the foot of the mega ice volcano, Wonder Woman proceeded to lasso it and exerting incredible strength, Wonder Woman pulled the mega ice volcano from its very foundations which were twice the size of the mountain range which passed the atmosphere, and carried it to the other side of the planet.

Turning the mega ice volcano upside down, Wonder Woman shoved it down the mega volcano, putting an end to both disasters. With that, the planet was saved and Xate thanked Wonder Woman on behalf of the people of X-888.


And presumably Wonder Woman made a point to collect any babies which were launched away from their doomed planet before heading back to Earth.

Day 698: Mary Bridges
Skilled ambulance driver with a talent for bobbing and weaving through traffic and an encyclopedic knowledge of every street, side road, back alley, and the amount of traffic on every road at every time.

Mary is the first ambulance driver to be a woman in a field that harshly discourages the existence of women. With every other ambulance driver in the hospital declaring that she does not belong there and that a woman could never do what they do.

Despite the efforts of the other drivers to have her and all other women barred from the job, Mary pushed on, with Doctor Ruth Cloud accompanying her to administer aid wherever they were needed.

One such incident had them called to aid a young lad who in a hostage situation, had been shot. Despite the fact that the child was still being held hostage, Ruth drove in, weaving around the police and avoiding a hail of bullets from the criminals with her fancy driving ability so that the good doctor could run in and administer aid even as Wonder Woman was just arriving to take care of the criminal nare do wells.

Regardless of the location, Mary Bridges would get there. Be it through a war zone, beneath the sea, or even a thousand feet in the air, she would deliver the good doctor so that she can save lives.

Day 699: Angle man
One of the greatest criminals in history and without question the central villain of the Silver Age, Angle Man is a criminal mastermind who knows every angle. Treated with respect by every criminal in the world, Angle Man is someone who with a word could command every murderer, every conman, every pick pocket in the world to lay low or join together in a massive spree.

Lacking superpowers or technological marvels, Angle mans greatest tools are his mind and his seemingly endless amount of criminal minions to do his bidding. Never wanting for money, Angle Man is so famed for his genius that not a single criminal in the world would balk at going along with his plans, aware that Angle man would know of their attempts to cross him before they even made the first move.

Well aware that Wonder Woman was the greatest threat to crime in the world, Angle man time and time again would concoct elaborate plans in order to see her dead. Be it hiring actors claiming to have been robbed or attacked by the Amazon Princess to ruin Wonder Womans reputation or attempting to kill Wonder Woman in a moment of weakness, Angle Man tried every angle and avenue to see Wonder Woman dead.

Be it lacing the hollywood celebrity corner cement with a special phospherous so he could track her movements and kill her in her secret identity.

Creating the identity of Albert Smith and putting up a million dollars to Wonder Woman if she will reveal her identity

Kidnapping friends of Wonder Woman and planting explosives to go off killing Wonder Woman should the heroine try to rescue them.

Causing all crime in the world to cease for a day in the hopes that Wonder Woman marrying Steve would hamper her superheroing abilities.

Using a false identity and offering her a million dollars to go to charity if she puts on a movie using a script designed to kill her.

Staging false disasters and getting professional killers to play the part of people in need of rescue to play on her weakness for helping others.

Angle man is a criminal mastermind who time and again is captured by Wonder Woman and doing his time, will get out of jail only to try and kill her again. Confident that once Wonder Woman is out of the way, organized crime would rule the world. With him as its master.

Day 700: Ruth Cloud
Doctor of medicine with an oath to help those in need, Doctor Cloud drives with Mary Bridges the ambulance driver to help those in need so they may receive immediate medical attention in the face of otherwise certain death. Despite the efforts of men who make the effort of trying to push both Ruth and Mary out of the field of medicine, the pair of them push on for they will not be silenced.

There is no situation which Doctor Cloud is not willing to brave for the sake of saving a patient. Be it running through a hail of bullets to administer aid. Or diving to the oceans depths to provide aid to a diver that became pinned under a defunct submarine. Ruth Cloud will brave the most dire of threats in the name of helping others without hesitation.

When reports came of a man aboard a plane suffering from a heart attack, Mary simply installed a dirigible to the top of their ambulance and they took off into the fog filled sky which was so dense that the plane could not land. Braving the elements, they arrived so Ruth could save the mans life just as she did the child who had been shot and the diver who had been nearly crushed to death.

For regardless of the efforts of her peers, Ruth Cloud would not give up.

Day 701: Llno

Three year old boy of a mysterious origin, Llno was discovered by Wonder Woman when a strange craft entered into Earths atmosphere in a crashing trajectory, threatening to smash through an airplane on the way down.

Caught by Wonder Woman before the ship could crash through a plane, destroy a skyscraper, and potentially start a world war, Wonder Woman sat it down and opened it to discover the young boy.

Realizing the ship was an advanced technology she attempted to discover which planet the boy came from however the child while able to speak perfect english thanks to a telepathic beanie that converted all language in the childs head to whatever it encountered, did not understand the question, being to young to grasp the query. And inspecting the craft she found that its systems were not built for more than short distance travel, with no logs detailing its travel.

Trying to get the child to understand, Wonder Woman spends the day taking care of the wee thing, discovering over the course of the day that his shoes had the ability to solidify water so he could walk on it without splashing, and had an anti magnetic field which prevented anything such as a vehicle from colliding with him.

Eventually Wonder Woman found out from Llno that he lives in Wykroen and uses star charts to check every known planet in the universe for anything that even vaugly sounded like Wykroen, only to find no such planet existed.

Stumped, Wonder Woman found this was a mystery she could not solve until Llno complaining of a rock in his shoe, took one of the shoes off, causing Wonder Woman to notice branding on the inside heel of the shoe!

'Made in Wykroen, USA, circa 20,056 AD

And with that, Wonder Woman realized that Llno was not an alien from another world. He was from the future! So using Paula Von Gunthers time machine, Wonder Woman traveled to 20,056 ad with Llno and the craft he arrived in and discovered that Wykroen was the future name of New York City,

Getting Llno to direct her to where he last saw his mother, Wonder Woman discovered the time machine museum. A museum dedicated to time machines throughout history. Finding Llno's mother and giving the child back in her care, Diana returned the time machine which the young child had apparently climbed into and accidentally activated.

But before leaving, Wonder Woman makes the surprising discovery that in the distant future she is still remembered, for the center of the city held a statue of Wonder Woman that stood a mile tall.

Day 702: Bluen
Leader of the Blue people of Blue world of the Blue dimension from which the color blue originates, Bluen was but one of many world leaders on a world much like our own, the only difference being that everything was blue.

However everything changed when the Orange nation attacked. Hailing from the Orange world of the Orange dimension from which the color orange originates, they sought to exterminate the Blue people so that Orange grow in color dominance!

The attack was savage and brutal, laying waste to much of the world. In the end the Blue people were left with only a few thousand people who had taken refuge in a skyscraper which was all that remained of their once proud civilization.

Desperate, Bluen sent an SOS signal across the dimensional barrier in hopes that someone would come to their aid and sure enough who should arrive but Wonder Woman!

Using her invisible planes dimensional shifting technology, Wonder Woman followed the signal back to its source and found the orange army with bulldozers about to send the skyscraper toppling!

Wonder Woman acting fast lasso'd the skyscraper, coiling around the building to keep it in one piece and picking up the base of the skyscraper, she began using it to swat away the bombers trying to destroy the building, her magic lasso rendering the building invulnerable to attack.

Using the building as a giant club to destroy the weaponry of the Orange army, Wonder Woman placed the building back down, ensured the Blue people were unharmed, and seeking out the leader of the Orange army, she used her magic lasso to command him never to cause war ever again.

Wonder Woman wishing to ensure that the Blue people were faring well, would take to regularly visiting their dimension and doing what she could to rebuild. This is established to be the reason why Wonder Woman has blue highlights in her hair occasionally.

Day 703: Rora Ray
Worlds most talented athlete who has gone on to prove herself far greater than any other athlete in the world in every sport and competition conceived of by mankind. Recieving critical acclaim by one and all, Rora Ray had the interest of Wonder Woman who wished to meet with Rora for a private conversation.

However unbeknownst to Wonder Woman, Rora Ray was in fact a robot commissioned by Angle-Man who knowing of Wonder Womans interest in athletic women, created Rora Ray in order to lure her into a death trap!

Thus when Wonder Woman went to approach Rora, the robot fled from Diana, jumping a hundred feet into the air over the walls of the stadium she had been competing in and swam across the mile wide river in a matter of seconds.

Wonder Woman naturally followed, impressed by Rora's ability, and narrowly avoided a mass of underwater mines in the river which had been planted to kill her, followed by a long line of safes which just happened to follow out of every window along a street which Rora had run down with Wonder Woman following after.

Turning a corner, Rora paused to remove the athletic outfit she had on to reveal a Wonder Woman costume underneath it and continued running, the intention being to further pique Wonder Womans curiosity before leading her into a factory with vats of boiling metal, giant human crushing pistons and some of the most unreasonably unsafe catwalks of the time period.

However Wonder Woman not one to be stopped by something so simple as a death trap caught Rora and realizing she was a robot, psychically traced signal controlling her and hunting down Angle Man, captured him once again, carting the criminal off to jail.

As for Rora Ray, Wonder Woman would place the controller for the robot inside of its own head, allowing Rora Ray to control itself. What happens to it after that is a mystery.

Day 704: Captain Virago

Corrupt police police captain and head of an underground gambling ring, Captain Virago would operate out of a warehouse in the back of an assembly hall that he owned under a false name.

Needing a front so that no one would think anything of people coming and going from the assembly hall into the secret gambling ring in the warehouse, Captain Virago concocted the idea to turn it into a sort of side show museum, consisting of various strange oddities that Virago himself was fairly sure were fake simply to draw in the crowds, none the wiser about the people ducking into the back to place their bets.

Meanwhile Wonder Woman discovering an ocean liner in danger as a mysterious underwater explosion errupted beneath it, lasso'd the ship and hauled it away with her invisible plane. Curious of the origin, Wonder Woman dived into the water to find out the cause but in the process she came in contact with a mysterious chemical which shrank her in size. Before Wonder Woman realized what was happening, she mannaged to gall into an old glass bottle and became trapped inside due to a restoppering lid.

Thus when Captain Virago was combing the beaches for sea shells he could claim were mystical in nature, he discovered the tiny miniaturized Wonder Woman in a bottle and gloated that he would put it on display claiming it was the real thing.

And so, Virago took Wonder Woman back to place, gloating about how this would draw in people and leave the other police officers none the wiser to his crooked gambling racket, with Wonder Woman indeed drawing in quite a crowd.

However after the people had left, Wonder Woman turning her magic lasso into a corkscrew, freed the lid and climbed out of the bottle. And entering the warehouse in the back, the tiny Amazon encountered Captain Virago and the group of crooks and cheats.

Virago sighting Wonder Woman fired on her but even miniaturized, Wonder Woman had no trouble deflecting every shot with her bracelets. One of the criminals attempted to step on Wonder Woman, crushing her flat only to find Wonder Woman grabbing him by the ankle and swinging him around, tossing him into the other criminals.

And thus lassoing the lot of them, Wonder Woman who was still only the size of ones pinky, led them to jail, the effects of the strange chemical wearing off later that day.

Day 705: Sprouta
Alien sapling from planet tree, Sprouta was the leader of the tree people born from the world tree of his planet. A single tree which became a forest which caused his planet to flourish.

However the tree people of planet Tree were curious of the stars and sought to reach out and visit other planets. Thus they began using their advanced science to cause the world tree to grow outwards, beyond their planets atmosphere so it may reach other worlds.

But in their hubris, Sprouta and his people did not realize the terrible cost this would place on their planet, for in doing so the tree consumed so much life from the planet that it ran out of resources and began dying en masse, leaving their world little more than a desert planet save for the single giant extension of the tree which reached out of their planets atmosphere.

Their world doomed and the tree peoples lives tied to the tree itself, Sprouta declared that they would send their tree across the stars and seed another world with their tree to preserve their life.

Thus people across the planet Earth would gape in amazement as a single large root pierced the sky and dug itself into the Earth, beginning to encompass the world in a giant forest with trees stronger than steel and so tough that even Wonder Woman could not break through it.

Declaring she would get to the bottom of it and save the human race, Wonder Woman climbed into her invisible plane and flew into space, finding herself on the tree planet which was the source of the root.

Seeing Wonder Woman trying to stop them, Sprouta and his tree people began firing acidic tree sap from their sap guns at Wonder Woman intending to disintegrate her so she could not stop them.

However Wonder Woman lept out of the way, their attack destroying the final tree of their world, and ending their lives, causing the extension of the forest on Earth to wither and fall to dust, ending the lives of Sprouta and his people.
