So, Entertainment Weekly released an interview they did with Arrow/Legends of Tomorrow star Caity Lotz in which they talked about how her character's changed since we last saw her, her training regimen, which costume she prefers (Canary or White Canary,) and what she hopes will happen if/when she encounters her family once more.

It's a pretty interesting read.
